Paulami Mukherjee

Paulami Mukherjee is a Senior Executive in Human Resources at HP Adhesives Limited since March 2022, overseeing end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations, including India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and the Middle East. With responsibilities that encompass job description creation, candidate sourcing, interview conducting, salary negotiation, onboarding, employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR policy formulation, Paulami supports a workforce of 500-700 employees.
