Michael Ludwig MBA CPhT has extensive experience in management and consulting within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as Support Center Manager at HPG since January 2005, Michael is responsible for overseeing support services to ensure high levels of client and consultant satisfaction. Prior roles include Team Lead Consultant in Application Services, where Michael provided leadership and strategic advice, and Senior Consultant, focusing on Cerner Millennium Applications. Before HPG, Michael worked as a Senior Consultant at Cerner Corporation and held the position of Service Supervisor at Southwestern Bell Wireless. Michael earned an MBA in Management Information Systems and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
