Bradley Foley

Bradley Foley currently serves as the Chief Value Partner at HR Value Partners, LLC, a company established in March 2013, focusing on providing high-touch HR support to small businesses without full-time HR departments. Previously, Bradley held the position of HR Director for Transformer Products and Compensation at Cooper Power Systems from February 2009 to April 2013, overseeing HR activities across multiple sites and managing compensation strategies. Additional roles include serving as Human Resource Manager at multiple organizations and leading the Racine & Kenosha Area Chapter of SHRM as President from July 2007 to December 2009. Bradley holds a BBA in Economics from the University of North Texas and a Master of Arts in Christian Studies with a focus on Biblical Counseling from the Master's International School of Divinity.
