Phil Skinner

Phil Skinner has a robust background in utility management and engineering, currently serving as the Utilities Senior Project Manager at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd since October 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Gas & Fuel Oil Stakeholder Manager and Lead Utilities Engineer for HS2 while at Atkins from October 2010 to September 2018. Phil also held the position of Lead Utilities Engineer for the Olympic Off Park Venues and served as Design Manager at Fulcrum Connections from 2005 to 2008. Early career experience includes serving as Design Assistant at Transco from 1995 to 1999.
