Timothy Hicks

Timothy Hicks currently serves as the Secondary School Principal at Hsinchu International School since July 2022. Previously, Timothy held the position of Assistant Principal at Sandy Springs Charter Middle School from August 2016 to July 2022, where an impressive increase in the school score from 69 to 83 was achieved. Prior experience includes serving as a Mathematics Coach at McClarin High School from August 2013 to May 2016, which saw the graduation rate rise from 19% in 2012 to over 70% in 2016. Additionally, Timothy was the Mathematics Department Chair at North Springs Charter High School from August 2012 to June 2013 and worked as a Math Teacher at Inman Middle School from 2003 to 2005. Timothy Hicks holds multiple degrees including a BA in Mathematics from Lipscomb University and a Master of Education from Emory University. Further educational achievements include a DAST in Supervision from Georgia State University and an advanced degree from Emory University.
