Gaurang Pareek is the Founder and Managing Director of HTD Resources PVT. LTD. since April 2023, where a unique boot camp program, Hire-Train-Deploy, has been developed to prepare job seekers for successful careers through intensive training in recruitment and essential skills. Prior to this, Gaurang served as Team Lead at Credencia Resources from June 2022 to January 2023, focusing on maximizing recruitment efficiency under budget constraints. Previous roles include Lead Recruiter at ALOIS Staffing and Senior Technical Recruiter at DAC Talent, demonstrating expertise in delivering offshore recruitment services across various industries. Gaurang began a career in technical recruitment at MAC Talentmojo Pvt Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed the full recruitment cycle. Gaurang holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, earned between 2017 and 2020.
