Yulia Schmidt

Chief Architect - Cybersecurity Strategy Lead at HubSpire

Yulia Schmidt began their career in 2003 as a Professor's Assistant at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. In 2005, they moved to Loomis as an Internet Architect, where they were responsible for all software systems used by the domestic investment groups. Yulia supervised a team of 5 project managers and managed the project workload and priorities of up to 30 developers in the investment management technology department. In 2012, Yulia joined HMS Networks as General Manager of the Anybus User Interface Team. In 2020, Yulia began their current role as Chief Architect and Cybersecurity Strategy Lead at HubSpire, an award winning MBE-certified digital services provider.

Yulia Schmidt attended Stockholm University from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in socioeconomics. Yulia then attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a MCS in Discrete mathematics.
