Scott Hadley, CTB

Scott Hadley began their work experience in 2008 as a Warehouse Staff at JBS Trading International, Inc. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Total Quality Logistics. In 2013, Hadley joined Simple Logistics LLC, initially as an Account Manager and later as the Vice President of Operations. In these roles, they focused on customer retention, operations efficiency, and implementing technology solutions. In 2017, they became the Director of Operations, where they focused on compliance guidelines and risk reduction. Finally, from 2019 to 2020, Hadley served as the Vice President of Operations at Simple Logistics, overseeing scalable operations and implementing technology enhancements. In 2020, they joined Hubtek as the Vice President of Business Strategy, taking on responsibilities for strategic partnerships, product strategy, and process improvement consulting. In 2023, they joined TABi Connect as the Vice President of Product Strategy and Partnerships.

Scott Hadley, CTB, obtained a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Business Management from Johnson & Wales University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their college education, Scott has also acquired several certifications to augment their skillset. In 2018, they obtained the Certified Transportation Broker (CTB) certification from the Transportation Intermediaries Association. Recently, in March 2022, Scott earned certifications in Digital Transformation and RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders from LinkedIn. These additional certifications showcase Scott's commitment to continued learning and professional development in the field of business management.
