Joelle Held

Joelle Held has extensive experience in compliance and program management. Joelle started their career as a Licensing Coordinator at Sub Pop Records in 2001. Joelle then worked as an Administrative Assistant and later a Program Assistant at the University of Washington from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, they joined TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. as an Assistant and later became a Compliance Assistant until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Joelle worked as a Program Manager (Excelsior Service Fellow) at the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. Joelle then joined Coldstream Wealth Management as a Compliance Administrator from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are employed at Hudson Bay Capital Management LP, starting as a Compliance Associate in 2017 and later advancing to the role of Senior Compliance Associate in 2021.

Joelle Held earned a Master's degree in Public Administration from Baruch College, which they attended from 2011 to 2013. In 2016, they completed an Investment Advisor Core Compliance Certificate at National Regulatory Services. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, Joelle obtained their Bachelor's degree in Law, Societies, and Justice from the University of Washington.
