Julie Hess

Julie Hess is the President of Catalyst Consulting & Coaching, Inc. since April 2001 and has served as an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University since January 2013, where instruction focuses on Executing Strategic Change in Organizations within the Masters of Science, Learning and Organizational Change program. As a faculty member at The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara since 2007, Julie Hess brings extensive experience in leadership and organizational effectiveness from previous roles, including Director at Motorola and Senior Associate at CSC Index. Julie Hess holds a BS in Business Administration from DePaul University and a Masters in Engineering Manufacturing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science.
