Danielle Levine is an accomplished legal professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in various roles across the technology and media sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel at Hudson MX since September 2021, Danielle is a member of the executive management team overseeing legal affairs and human resources. Danielle is also a member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsels. Previously, Danielle co-founded and served as CEO of Spiritú, where responsibilities spanned all business operations and development, and held significant positions at FabFitFun and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP. Danielle's academic background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Stanford University.
