Latika M.

Latika M. has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Latika is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC) since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Coforge Solutions for 10 years as a Manager-Talent Acquisition, where they were responsible for managing the recruiting process and handling recruitment and selection for various positions. Before joining Coforge Solutions, Latika worked at Consus iTechnologies as a Sr Executive Recruitments for a year and at Practeam solutions Pvt Ltd as a Team Leader -IT Recruitments for over a year. In these roles, they demonstrated skills in understanding client requirements, sourcing candidates, and headhunting for internal manpower requirements.

Latika M. started their education at St. Mary's Convent Sr. Sec. School from 1989 to 1999, where they completed their AISSE degree in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Biology. Latika then attended St. Gregorios from an unknown start year until 2000, where they also completed the AISSE degree with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and Bio.

Later, Latika attended MITS from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained their BE degree in Information Technology. After that, they pursued an MBA degree in HR/IT at ICFAI from 2005 to 2007.
