Elena Riva has a diverse work experience starting as an International Project Coordinator at Shanghai Media Group in 2006. Elena then worked as an International Key Account at Majrani Europe, focusing on retail solutions, before joining Mars as a Brand Manager Assistant in 2008. Elena's career at adidas began in 2008, where they held various roles such as Trade Marketing Fashion, Field, Specialty Account, Brand Concept Manager, Brand Communication Manager, and Senior Brand Marketing Manager for Women's, Training, Sportswear & Swim in Europe. Currently, they serve as the Global Team Lead Brand Strategy & Markets at HUGO BOSS, overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies on a global scale.

Elena Riva completed their degree in Brand Management at Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione IULM from 2004 to 2006. Elena also obtained a degree in Comunicazione d'Impresa from Università Statale between 2001 and 2004. In 2013, Elena pursued an Executive Master in Trade Marketing & In Store Communication at Point of Purchase Advertising International. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in leadership, sustainability, manager development, digital transformation, mindfulness, and resilience from various institutions.
