Caitlin Lier has a long history of experience in customer service and operations. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Supervisor for Park Operations and Studio Operations at Disney Parks & Resorts. During this time, they authored department operational guides and leadership training documentation, and instituted new standard operating procedures that resulted in a 53% increase in profits and 160% increase in productivity. From 2015 to 2017, they held the role of Team Manager, Viewer Experience at Hulu, where they coordinated a team of 40 virtual viewer experience advocates and developed professional career growth strategies. Finally, from 2017 to the present, Lier has been with HUM Nutrition, where they have held the roles of Senior Director of Retention & Customer Experience, Senior Director of Customer Experience, and Director of Customer Support.
Caitlin Lier graduated from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.
