Sean Baldwin is a Research Manager and Senior Research Scientist at the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) since August 2012, specializing in the evaluation and development of selection tools for publicly traded and government-operated organizations, utilizing Item Response Theory for test consistency. Previous experience includes an internship at United Parcel Service, where Sean interpreted survey results and managed a large dataset, as well as roles at the Institute of Government, developing a 360° Feedback system, and at the Institute of Behavioral Research, conducting job analyses. Sean holds a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, all from The University of Georgia.
