Raymond A Noll CSC has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to animal control, security, and law enforcement. Raymond A most recently served as the Vice President/Chief of Field Services at the Humane Rescue Alliance, where they oversaw the organization's field operations. Prior to that, they were the Director of Animal Control Field Services at the Washington Humane Society. Raymond also has experience in security services, having worked as a Training Manager and Chief of Special Police at the World Bank, as well as a District Trainer and Security Project Manager at AlliedBarton Security Services. Additionally, they served as a Pennsylvania Humane Police Officer for the Pike County Humane Society and as a Sheriffs Officer in the Bergen County Sheriffs Department. Raymond began their career as a Tour Chief at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Throughout their career, Raymond has been responsible for training, investigations, loss prevention, and the enforcement of animal cruelty laws.
Raymond A Noll CSC attended Penn State University in 1998, where they studied Animal Science/Animal Husbandry. In the same year, they also attended the University of Missouri-Columbia for Pennsylvania Humane Society Police Officer Certification part I. From 1991 to 1992, they attended the Bergen County Department of Public Safety Police and Fire Academy for Basic Police Officer training. In 1987, they completed Basic Police Canine Handlers Class at the Atlantic City Police Canine Academy and the NJ State Corrections Officer Academy for Corrections Officer training. Raymond A pursued an Allied Health degree in Emergency Medical Services from 1981 to 1983 at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. In 1980, they studied Police Science at Bergen Community College, and they graduated from Ridgefield Park Jr/Sr High School in 1980 with a High School Diploma.
