Robert Griffard is the Founder and CEO of HumanResources.Pro, an HR consulting community. Previously, Robert founded Perfecting Employee Performance LLC, a cloud-based SaaS solution for employee performance management. With extensive experience in various HR roles in companies like Marlin Equity Partners, MPC, Mailboxes etc., Bank of America, and Morrison Knudsen, Robert's expertise and leadership in the field are evident. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese from Brigham Young University.
