Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Hunterdon Healthcare since April 2020, Herb successfully navigated the organization through the COVID-19 pandemic, achieving profitability and improving days cash on hand by over 27%, along with increasing revenues by $12 million through a revenue cycle initiative. Previously, Herb held various prominent finance roles at Temple Health, including Interim SVP & CFO and AVP Finance, managing comprehensive finance portfolios. Herb's foundational education includes an MBA in finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a B.S. in Accounting from La Salle University.
