Amanda Gooden Page has a diverse work experience, starting in 2001 as an Aquatics Manager and Aquatics instructor for the City of Huntsville. In this role, they were responsible for facility safety, leading water aerobics, and providing swimming and lifeguard instruction.

In 2008, Amanda transitioned to become a Graphics Installer at Tom Jeffreys Sign and Banner.

In 2012, they became the owner and installer at It aint paint customs, where they managed and carried out installation projects.

Simultaneously, from 2012 to 2017, Amanda worked at Miss Angela's Preschool, initially as an Assistant Director and later as the Director. Amanda'sresponsibilities included employee scheduling, parent interviews, administrative tasks, record keeping, employee training, maintaining facility standards, coordinating special activities with children, supervising staff, and working closely with teachers and families.

In 2014, Amanda joined Madison County Arc as an Employment Specialist/ Project Search, assisting people with disabilities in becoming part of the community workforce and helping them with job readiness, interviews, transportation arrangements, and other aspects of employment.

Amanda Gooden Page's education history begins in 2004 when they attended Calhoun Community College for a year, studying Emergency Medical Tech. Amanda obtained additional certifications throughout the years, including becoming a Certified Pool Operator in 2008 and a YMCA Lifeguard Instructor in 2006. In 2004, they also became a Specialized Swim Instructor. Furthermore, Amanda obtained the certification of CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor from the American Red Cross. Amanda'smost recent certification was in 2014 when they completed training in Customized-Supported Employment offered by ADRS and Virginia Commonwealth University.
