Bill Wofford

Bill Wofford is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate development and law. As a Partner at Hutchison PLLC since February 2001, Bill has played a pivotal role in various legal matters. Additionally, as Co-founder and Head of Corporate Development at Arrivo BioVentures LLC since September 2015, Bill has contributed significantly to the firm’s strategic initiatives. Prior legal experience includes positions at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP and White & Case from 1994 to 2001. Bill holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Affairs and Russian Language and Literature from the University of Virginia.
