David le Mesurier

David Le Mesurier is a seasoned professional in cyber security and IT infrastructure with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as the Cyber Security Risk Lead at Hydro Tasmania since March 2023, David focuses on identifying and communicating cyber security risks and developing management strategies. Previously, as a Senior Threat & Vulnerability Management Analyst and Security Architect at Commonwealth Bank, David contributed to protecting banking platforms through effective risk management. At TasNetworks, David held the role of Cyber Security Architect, leading the Cyber Security Program to enhance maturity under the Australian Energy Sector Cyber Security Framework. David's early career included technical and managerial positions at organizations such as the Department of Health and Human Services and COGITA, where responsibilities encompassed infrastructure management and support for ERP system implementations. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Engineering Science from The University of Auckland.
