Ikbal Rabah

Ikbal Rabah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software architecture, network automation, and contact center solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Hydro Québec since January 2020, Ikbal focuses on building modern software architectures that enhance the management of the electrical grid network. Previously held pivotal roles at organizations such as Desjardins, Videotron, and Paxyl Solutions, where key contributions included developing Cloud contact center roadmaps, implementing complex solutions, and providing technical leadership in network services automation. Ikbal's earlier experience includes positions at Hydro-Québec and Teleglobe, highlighting a career built on expertise in engineering, telecommunications, and IT consulting.
