Dimitri Vretos has extensive work experience in customer service and operations management. Dimitri is currently the Director of Customer Experience and Operations at HydroSolution, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Customer Service Operations at the same company from March 2021 to October 2022.
Before joining HydroSolution, Dimitri worked at Brother Canada as the Senior Manager of Customer Care from March 2020 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing customer care and inside sales departments, developing strategies to increase operational efficiencies, and managing department budgets. Dimitri Vretos completed the Brother Management Program 2 at The McGill International Executive Institute in 2016. Dimitri also obtained a Project Management Certificate from the same institute in 2008. In 1999 to 2000, they studied Electrical Engineering at Concordia University. Prior to that, they earned a DEC in Applied Science and Technologies from Marianopolis College in 1997 to 1999. Dimitri Vretos also holds a High School Diploma from Collège Notre-Dame. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Strategic Planning: Case Studies from LinkedIn in 2020, The Science of Sales from LinkedIn in 2019, and Net Promoter Masterclass from Owen CX Group Inc. in 2019.
