James Raymond Bailey

James Raymond Bailey started their work experience as a Human Resources (Intern) at Schaeffler from July 2009 to September 2010. James Raymond then worked at Bowling Green State University as the BGSU Club Soccer Head Coach from August 2014 to August 2016. James later joined Brown & Brown Insurance as a Marketing Intern from August 2014 to June 2015, and then became an Employee Benefits Consultant from April 2015 to May 2023. Currently, they are working at Hylant as the Vice President - Client Executive - Employee Benefits since May 2023.

James Raymond Bailey completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance at Bowling Green State University from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition, James received a certification titled "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in March 2022.
