Miles Yao

Miles Yao has over 15 years of experience in operations and production management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at HZO since June 2016, Miles oversees operations across four plants. Prior to this role, Miles was the Assembly Manager at Lenze (Shanghai) Drive System Co. Ltd, responsible for material management, production planning, processes, and quality control. Experience also includes serving as a Workshop Manager at Siemens Ltd. in China, where Miles managed three workshops in the Siemens Wind Power Blade Shanghai factory, and as a Production Supervisor at Lenovo's Shanghai plant. Miles holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Fudan University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design and Manufacture & Automation from Anhui University of Science and Technology.
