Beth Watson

Beth Watson has over eight years of progressive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at I-K-I Manufacturing Co., Inc. since March 2016, Beth oversees HR functions in a leading contract packaging firm. Prior to this role, Beth gained valuable experience as an Office Assistant at Helena Chemical Company and as an Employment Specialist with The QTI Group. Additional experience includes two roles at Walmart, first as Assistant Manager from 2006 to 2012, and then as Training Coordinator from 2013 to 2015. Beth holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a BS in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
