Dagmore Tawonezvi

Dagmore Tawonezvi is a seasoned expert in planning, budgeting, monitoring, project management, and stakeholder engagement, currently serving as a Planning, Budgeting Monitoring, Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement Expert at IBF International Consulting since June 2020. With extensive experience at the SADC Secretary, holding the position of Regional Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Expert since October 2010, and previously as Head of M&E, Tawonezvi has managed significant agricultural and food security programmes, developed strategic and operational plans, and coordinated evaluations at the regional level. Before this, Tawonezvi served as a Technical Advisor at GIZ and managed projects for IOM and FAO, focusing on capacity building and food security initiatives in Zimbabwe. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from the University of Liverpool.
