Grant Worthen

Grant Worthen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data and analytics, business development, and strategic partnerships within the real estate technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Data & Analytics at ICE Mortgage Technology since July 2024, Grant previously held the position of Director of Enterprise Partnerships at OJO Labs from September 2018 to July 2024, where responsibilities included establishing innovative partnerships and managing channel partner development. Earlier experience includes roles at WolfNet Technologies from January 2007 to September 2018, where Grant progressed from Sales Representative to Director of Sales and Business Development, overseeing data sales, financial performance, and team management. Grant earned a B.B.A. in Management with a focus on Business Management and Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a B.B.A. in Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
