Thamara Wanigatunga

Thamara Wanigatunga is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and IT infrastructure management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Systems Engineering - Global Support at ICE since February 2021, Thamara has held significant roles at Bupa as Information Technology Infrastructure Manager and Senior Platform Engineer, and at Medibank Private as Senior Administrator for Storage and Unix. With earlier positions at CenITex, Fujitsu Australia Limited, Emirates Group, Sinewave Technologies, Interblocks Ltd, John Keels Computer Services, and Mediasolv, Thamara has developed a robust skill set in technical engineering and implementation leadership. Thamara holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Information Systems from London Metropolitan University and has furthered education through The O'Reilly School of Technology.
