Thorsten Hesse

Thorsten Hesse is an experienced professional in technology and management, currently serving as Application Portfolio Manager and Lead Technology Manager at DWS Beteiligungs GmbH since November 2018. Hesse has been the Geschäftsführer and partner at ICEP GmbH since 2005. Previous roles include consulting for Deutsche Asset Management, Princeton Financial Systems, UBS Wealth Management, Commerzbank, Sal. Oppenheim, and Helaba, with a notable position as Project Manager at Helaba from July 2011 to June 2012. Hesse also contributed to academia as an Assistant Lecturer at Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences from 2015 to 2018. Hesse began a career in development at DST International from 1995 to 1996 after earning a Diplom-Informatiker degree in Informatik from Fachhochschule Darmstadt.
