Emma Fa

Emma Fa has six years of work experience in the field of product management and design. In 2020, they began working as a Product Manager at iCHEF Co., Ltd. Prior to this, they were a Senior Product Manager at PT. ICE Messenger Indonesia and JKOPay Co. Ltd. from 2019-2020. From 2017-2019, Emma was a Product Owner and Senior UX Designer at 91APP, Inc. From 2014-2017, they worked as a Senior UI/UX Designer at i-TRUE Communications Inc., where they were responsible for UI/UX for the laptop website and mobile website. From 2012-2014, Emma was a UI/UX Designer at BenQ, where they developed user interface to fit cross-platforms and cross-devices based on user needs.

Emma Fa obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Chung Shan Medical University between 2003 and 2007. Emma then went on to earn their Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction from National Chiao Tung University between 2009 and 2011. In November 2022, Emma Fa obtained their Google Analytics Certification from Google.
