Carlee Pett Capawana

Carlee Pett Capawana has a diverse work history starting with a marketing internship at Fitness Quest 10 and a marketing assistant role at JBH Books in 2011. From 2009 to 2012, Carlee worked at High Point University in various roles, including Recreation Facility Manager, Recreation Guest Services Representative, and University Ambassador. In 2012, Carlee joined R&J Public Relations, where they progressed from an Account Coordinator to an Account Executive and eventually a Senior Account Executive. In 2015, Carlee transitioned to iCIMS, a talent acquisition solutions provider, and held positions of increasing responsibility, including Public Relations Associate II, Public Relations Associate III, Public Relations Specialist IV, and PR Program Manager. Most recently, Carlee served as the Public Relations Manager at iCIMS before assuming the role of Senior Communications Manager in 2023.
