Viktoriya Tigipko has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2010, they founded TA Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm that supports tech companies in Europe and North America. Viktoriya is also the founder and president of ICLUB Global, a private investment club for angel investors. Additionally, they are the founder of WTECH, the first community in Ukraine for women leaders in the IT and tech business. Over the years, they have been involved in various organizations and initiatives, including being a member of YPO Kyiv Integrated Chapter and YPO. Viktoriya is also the founder of Code Club UA, a network of volunteer-led coding clubs for children. Furthermore, they are the founder and president of the Odesa International Film Festival, one of the largest film festivals in Eastern Europe. Viktoriya has also been an organizer of the IDCEE conference and a co-founder and supervisory board member of the Global Technology Foundation.
Viktoriya Tigipko obtained their Master's degree in International Economic Relations and Law from Kyiv National Economics University in 1996. In 1997, they attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) for an unspecified period. In 2010, Viktoriya briefly studied Venture Capital at the University of California, Berkeley. Viktoriya then went on to attend Harvard Business School from 2023 to 2033, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
