Anna Funke

Anna Funke serves as the Global Head of People at icon group since August 2020, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on people strategy, recruitment, and talent management to enhance the overall employee experience. Additionally, Anna has been a freelance systemic and Gallup strengths coach since March 2018. Prior roles include Team Lead HR Business Partner EMEA and HR Business Partner at Contentful, along with positions at KPMG, Done! Berlin, UNAIDS, the German Embassy Madagascar, and UKUN, covering various aspects of human resources, recruitment, and organizational development. Anna holds a Master of Science in Industrial Psychology and is certified as a Strengths Coach in Positive Psychology, complementing a strong educational background in psychology and systemic coaching.
