Heather Naicker

Heather Naicker, CF APMP, is an accomplished business development and proposal management professional with extensive experience in the powerline and hospitality industries. Currently serving as Manager of BD, Marketing & Proposals at Iconic Power Systems Inc. since January 2024, Heather leads the development and execution of proposal management strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Prior to this role, Heather managed teams at K-Line Group of Companies focused on high-quality proposal development and marketing, and held positions at Arctic Arrow Powerline Group, Tervita, and leading hotels, where responsibilities included managing the proposal process, coordinating client events, and driving business development initiatives. Heather holds a Diploma in Tourism Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
