Kelly Fleischer Poling

Kelly Fleischer Poling is the Chief People & Process Officer at iControl Data Solutions. Kelly has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Recruiting. Kelly has worked in both the private and public sector, with a focus on the Federal government.

Kelly started their career in Human Resources at MicroPact, a software company that provides solutions to clients around the world. Kelly was with MicroPact for three years, during which time they served as the Recruiting Manager. In this role, they were responsible for partnering with Iron Data Solutions to support the staffing needs of the Disability Case Processing System (DCPS) program. This program supported the Social Security Administration’s (SSA) disability workload.

Kelly was responsible for managing the complex Federal Suitability clearance process for all new hires to obtain a Public Trust security clearance. Kelly also established best practices for high quality delivery for national vendors and managed performance metrics and RFP processes. In addition, Kelly successfully restructured the standard annual Performance Management process.

Following the loss of a large government funded project, Kelly conducted job analysis and managed several RIFs. This included layoffs, furloughs, and reductions in hours. Despite these challenges, Kelly was able to reduce contractor costs and increase profit margins by 5%.

Kelly is a proven leader with a track record of success in Human Resources. Kelly is dedicated to their work and is always looking for ways to improve processes and procedures. Kelly is an expert in Recruiting and has a wealth of knowledge in the area of Human Resources.
