W. Jacob Ezzell

W. Jacob Ezzell has over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. From 2022 to present, they have been the Director of Drug Product Operations at Icosavax, Inc. From 2017 to 2022, they were Global Project Manager and Continuous Improvement Lead at Seqirus, where they were Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified through North Carolina State University Wilson College of Textiles. W. Jacob also held the roles of Associate Continuous Improvement Lead and Site CI Lean Project Manager/Lead Quality Investigator/Metrology Dept. Process Improvement Lead at Seqirus. From 2014 to 2017, they were Site Glassware Dept. Manager/Site Continuous Improvement Lean Project Manager and Site Lead Laboratory Coordinator at Catalent Pharma Solutions. From 2011 to 2013, they were Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapist - Non-Verbal Autism at A Small Miracle, Inc. and Field Staff at Miracle League of the Triangle. From 2011 to 2014, they were also employed at Duke VA Health Care System as a Duke Bacteriology Research Unit.
