Marcelo Scaglione

Marcelo Scaglione is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in international cooperation and public management. Currently serving as the Founder and Managing Director of NuevasIdeas and as the Team Europe - Global Gateway Argentina team-leader for the European Commission, Scaglione also holds key positions such as Strategic Council board member and Co-Founder of ALFA, Director of the Diploma in Public Management at INSP, and member of the ENA Alumni international Board. With a strong background in consulting and advising, Scaglione contributes as a Counselor member of CARI and a Senior advisor to IDEARG. Scaglione’s educational credentials include a Master in Public Administration from ENA, along with advanced studies at Harvard University and degrees in Economics and Marketing from the University of Buenos Aires.
