Adam Gibb has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Adam started their career as a Legal Assistant at Freeths LLP in July 2012 and worked there until September 2014. During this time, they gained experience in various legal practice areas, including banking, corporate finance, dispute resolution, and property disputes.
Adam then became a Trainee Solicitor at Freeths LLP from September 2014 to March 2016. As a trainee, they continued to work in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, handling cases related to banking and regulatory litigation, civil and commercial litigation, debt recovery, and insolvency. Adam also took on leading roles in High Court matters and successfully settled judicial review proceedings with the assistance of Counsel.
After completing their traineeship, Adam Gibb took on the role of an Associate at Freeths LLP from April 2016 to February 2019. During this time, they further developed their skills in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, particularly in areas such as misrepresentation and breach of warranty claims, professional negligence claims, judicial review proceedings, and intellectual property matters.
In February 2019, Adam Gibb was promoted to the position of Senior Associate at Freeths LLP, a role they held until December 2020. As a Senior Associate, they continued to specialize in commercial and civil dispute resolution, restructuring and insolvency, and banking and regulatory litigation.
In 2021, Adam Gibb joined Ideagen as a Legal Counsel, where they worked until July 2022. Adam then took on the role of VP - Legal Operations at Ideagen, where they currently hold a position.
Adam Gibb attended King's College London from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Classics. Adam then pursued further education at Nottingham Law School from 2011 to 2012, obtaining a degree in GDL. In 2013, they enrolled at the University of Law and completed their LPC LL.M degree in LPC between 2013 and 2015.
