Previous roles include General Manager at award-winning boutique inns The Marshall House and The Kehoe House, Area General Manager for La Quinta Inns & Suites, and Regional Director for multiple hospitality management companies. Hugh's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in History and Education from Armstrong State University.
