Nancy McCurry has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Nancy started their career in 1985 at AT&T Bell Laboratories as a Technical Staff and later became a Technical Manager, contributing to the growth and improvement of technical communication industry components. Nancy then moved on to LSI, an Avago Technologies Company/Agere Systems, where they held multiple roles as a Process Engineer, Foundry Manager, and Account Manager. During their time there, they successfully managed numerous new product developments, implemented cost reduction and cycle time improvement initiatives, and negotiated agreements for prototype lead time reduction.

In 2015, Nancy joined Oak Hill Controls, LLC as a Project Manager, and in 2016, they joined NCR Corporation as a Commodity Manager. At NCR, they were responsible for managing commodities, contributing to the company's procurement and supply chain functions.

Most recently, Nancy worked at Moravian Academy Lower School as a Substitute Science Teacher and at iDEAL Semiconductor, where they served as a Program Manager.
