Andres Castañeda

Andres Castañeda began their work experience in 2000 as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Idealab, where they worked until 2005. In 2010, they joined Idealab again, this time as the Director of Recruiting. Andres then moved on to work as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at UberMedia for a few months before joining TalentMiners as a Recruitment Consultant for cutting edge startups from 2010 to 2011.
