Ethan Sedgwick

Ethan Sedgwick currently serves as the Talent Academy and Innovation Lead at Identity E2E Ltd, focusing on recruiting emerging talent in DevOps and Cloud technologies. Previously, Ethan held the position of Director at Cloud Native Network and was the Head of Platform Technology at Sharp Gaming. At the UK Home Office, Ethan worked as the Platform Engineering Team Lead and Platform Cost Lead, where leadership contributed to the delivery of the award-winning EBSA platform and improved team performance within the IPT Program. Additional experience includes roles at Capgemini as a Platform Engineer and at Shop Direct, where contributions spanned from systems engineering to the successful implementation of CI/CD practices and microservices architecture. Ethan's career began with a focus on quality assurance and automated testing. Education was completed at Enterprise South Liverpool Academy from 2007 to 2014.
