Andrew Taylor

Andrew Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, currently serving as a Senior Software Test Engineer at IDI Billing Solutions since November 1997. Taylor has demonstrated expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, focusing on requirements analysis and early exploratory testing to identify bugs early in the development process. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Manager, where Taylor coordinated testing efforts throughout the software development life cycle, and Quality Assurance Test Engineer, responsible for functional testing of the CostGuard product suite. Additionally, Taylor has a strong background in client support and has held the position of Branch Manager at National School Bus/Laidlaw from 1992 to 1997.
