Rohan Kundu

Rohan Kundu is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in voice and collaboration solutions, currently serving as a Voice and Collaboration Engineer at Spark New Zealand since November 2022. Prior to this role, Rohan worked as a Genesys Engineer at gsn, where responsibilities included implementing Genesys Pure Engage Applications and providing BAU Level 2 support. Rohan's previous positions also include Technical Consultant at AGC Networks Pte Limited and Cloud Support Engineer at Global Speech Networks. Rohan's career began at Spark New Zealand as a Customer Service Representative. Rohan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Application from West Bengal University of Technology and completed Higher Secondary education at M P Birla Foundation of Higher Secondary School.
