Ons Bouriga

Ons Bouriga is an experienced professional in monitoring, evaluation, and learning with a strong background in program development and employee training. Currently serving as a MEL & Reporting Associate at IDLO since February 2024, Ons supports project monitoring and evaluation efforts. Prior roles include Senior Learning and Development Officer at the International Rescue Committee, where responsibilities encompassed assessing employee training needs, and Learning and Development Specialist, providing support for training initiatives. Previous positions at Mercy Corps, the British Council, and Tunisie Télécom have contributed to a comprehensive skill set in program coordination and analysis. Ons holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Research and a Bachelor's degree from IHEC Carthage.
