Erin Lee

Erin Lee is a Human Resources Administrator at IDN-Canada since March 2023, bringing a diverse background in customer service and sales. Previous experience includes roles as a Barista & Trainer at Starbucks, where Erin focused on cultivating a welcoming environment and coordinating beverage production. As an Inside Sales Representative at The PUR Company Inc., Erin conducted extensive market research and achieved significant outreach targets. Erin also served as Membership Experience Manager for AIESEC in TMU, handling recruitment and performance tracking, and as Director Of Corporate Relations for the Human Resources Student Association at Toronto Metropolitan University, managing corporate sponsorships. Early career experience includes swim instructing and lifeguarding for the City of Toronto and at Canada’s Wonderland. Erin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Global Management with a Minor in Human Resources Management from the Ted Rogers School of Management at Toronto Metropolitan University.
