Ken Nelson began their work experience in 1996 as a Manager of Customer Service and Support at MCI WorldCom, where they managed a team and handled customer escalations. Ken then worked as a National Account Manager at Qwest Communications from 2001 to 2003. From 2003 to 2010, Ken held the role of National Account Manager at Verizon. Ken later joined IDT Corporation, starting as a Director of National Accounts from 2011 to 2013, and eventually serving as the Vice President of National Accounts, responsible for sales and marketing strategies for national retail accounts.
Ken Nelson attended the College of St. Francis and Eastern Iowa Community College, where they studied Social Work and Police Science.
