Robert Velasquez has a long and varied work history. Robert began their career as a Web Developer at myARCworld in 2007. Robert then moved on to CreativeLink - Insights Branding Marketing as an Interactive Developer in 2008. In 2009, they became a Product Development Consultant working for himself. In 2011, they joined BitTorrent as a UX Developer. In 2012, they worked as a Product Design Lead at Storenvy, where they grew the merchant base from 9k to 30k and implemented new product development processes. In 2013, they became a Co-Founder of Awesomatic and was part of the 2013 Brandery Accelerator class. In 2014, they joined BitTorrent, Inc. as a Senior Director of Product Management, leading a new browser product from discovery through alpha and beta and growing the user base from 0 to 300k MAU. In 2017, they joined Narvar as a Senior Product Manager. Most recently, they are the Head of Product at IFTTT, a position they have held since 2019.
