Kristine Johnson

Kristine Johnson has a long history of work experience. Kristine began their career in 2011 as a Nurse Staff Supervisor at Bethesda Health. In 2014, they moved to Kroger, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Floral Manager. In 2016, they became the Executive Director of Operations at Bouncing Roo, where they managed and supported 25-40 staff members, while also handling payroll accounts and Human Resource functionality. In 2019, Kristine moved to JPMorgan Chase & Co. where they worked as a Lead Technical Recruiter and Mortgage Loan Processor. In 2021, they took on the role of Subject Matter Expert- Strategic Merchant Operations and Strategic Merchant Operations at DoorDash, where they managed projects and handled complex merchant related cases. Most recently, in 2022, Kristine joined Ignite Recruitment as an Executive Recruiter, where they work to better serve the staffing market by blending industry SMEs, top recruiters, and best in class technology.

Kristine Johnson received their High School Diploma from Colorado Central High School in 2011. Kristine then attended Ashford University, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management in 2020. Kristine also holds certifications in Diversity and Inclusion, obtained in September 2022, and Society for Human Resources Certification.
